Action Business Centre provides first class serviced office accommodation and various other services within a modern and friendly building with 15,000 sq ft, providing security and 24-hour access. It is located near Frog Island, within walking distance of the City Centre, extremely handy for bus routes and has their own car park. Most of our offices are fully serviced and monitored. VAT is payable on all offices accommodation. Office sizes available from 100 sq. ft - 3000 sq. ft and can be equipped with internal telephone, desks and chairs.
TERMS
Our terms are as follows:
3 months initial agreement.
3 months notice of vacation.
1 months calendar rent in advance.
1-3 months deposit - does not include VAT.
Agreements are simple and do not involve any solicitors fees etc.
OFFICES
Office sizes available from 100 sq. ft - 3000 sq. ft and can be equipped with internal telephone, desks and chairs.
1 - 2 person office rent starting from 195.00 per month. (Approx 90 sq feet)
2 - 4 person office rent starting from 265.00 per month. (Approx 180 sq feet)
5 - 7 person office rent starting from 500.00 per month. (Approx 400 sq feet)
10 - 19 person office rent starting from 1,150.00 per month. x 2 (Approx 1000 sq feet)
20 - 30 person office rent starting from 1,650.00 per month. (Approx 1450 sq feet)
Larger Office Space available for 100 +.
Above prices include business rates, electricity etc and is + V.A.T.

Typing 10.00 per hour
7.50 per 45 mins
5.00 per 30 mins
2.50 per 15 mins

The above charges are entered onto a charge card and invoiced out monthly.
All work is dealt with promptly, in strict confidence by our professional office centre manager.
TELEPHONES
Your calls can be answered through our switchboard on your own company name and put through to you, or messages taken. This will require your own dedicated line, which we can arrange with an installation fee and a quarterly rental charge, payable by you (in advance). Outgoing calls will be invoiced to you monthly, or you can take our telephone number and we can answer in the name of Action Business Centre, which will cost you your outgoing calls only. Alternatively you can have your own direct lines installed through to your office and billed directly to you.
STATIONERY
We are able to fulfil your stationery requirements if you so wish. Ordering can be made through Reception and same day delivery is available if ordered before 12 noon or next day delivery if ordered after 12 noon. You will then be invoiced appropriately + 10%.
EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM
The Executive Boardroom based on the 1st floor is available through booking by Reception at a reasonable charge.
INTERVIEW ROOM
Available upon request at a small charge for in house clients - suitable for one to one interviewing.
CAR PARK (30 SPACES)
Situated across the road from the Action Business Centre. The gates are padlocked for the security of vehicles. Allocated spaces available with a fee on first come first served basis. On street parking available for 1 hour +.
COMPANY NAME PLATES
The company name plates and registered offices are required by law to be displayed on our name board in the foyer and on the clients office door - these are produced at a small cost and payable by the client.
REGISTERED OFFICE:-
99.00 + V.A.T. per annum.
TELEPHONE ANSWERING
Available at 99.00 per calendar month plus VAT.
This service can be operated by our Secretary answering all calls on your behalf, taking messages, orders or instructions and these messages are relayed to you during the normal working day between 08.30 hours and 17.00 hours, but our switchboard is often manned between 07.30 hours and 18.30 hours Monday to Friday.
This service can be answered in the name of Action Business Centre or, if you require the telephone answered in your company name, your own dedicated line can be installed at a cost to you of around 99 plus VAT plus a quarterly rental charge, payable in advance.
This is initially a 3-month agreement and we would require 1-months rent in advance and a 3-month deposit upon completion of a confidential application form to set this up.
ACCOMODATION ADDRESS
Available at 25.45 per calendar month plus VAT.
You can have your mail addressed to you or your company quoting your name and Swan Street, Leicester, LE3 5AW, this will ensure that your mail will be received at the Action Business Centre where you would have a dedicated post box in our Reception area, it can then either be collected by yourself or forwarded on to you as required.
This is initially a 3-month agreement and we would require 1-months rent in advance and 3 months deposit upon completion of a confidential application form to set this up.
